Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase at ‘Eastbourne Inks’ could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy using the + & - buttons into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept most major credit cards. All  orders are prepaid by credit card, debit card or PayPal.
Where you see (Any 4, specify at checkout 'message') for sets of colours, the standard colour set will be sent if you do not request a different mix at the checkout 'message' box. Does NOT apply to Original cartridges.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake for you.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for any reason. In the case of an upward change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.You are responsible for purchasing the correct ink cartridge for your printer. Our compatibility guide is a guide only and you should contact us before ordering if you are in any doubt. If you have purchased the wrong ink cartridge and you would like to return it in return for a refund, you will be liable for any charges relating to returning the items. If you require an exchange cartridge for the correct one you will be liable for the price difference, if any, and subsequent postage costs. Returned items must be unopened and in pristine condition in which you received your item(s). If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund on the item. Errors & Omissions Excepted.



Delivery:
INK orders will be despatched same day (working day) if received before 1pm and are subject to Royal Mail performance but please allow 2 working days for delivery. £2.50 delivery charge applies to UK mainland deliveries. All deliveries are subject to stock.
TONER orders will be despatched same day (working day) if received before 1pm and are sent via next working day courier delivery. £2.50 delivery charge applies to UK mainland deliveries. All deliveries are subject to stock.

When possible, if you are not at home please ensure we can leave goods with a neighbour if the goods will not go through your letterbox.
You must inform us within two working days thereafter if the goods are lost, or immediately if damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote the invoice number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Please note that cartridges may not be supplied in retail packaging to reduce shipping costs and to protect the environment. This in no way detracts from the quality you can expect from the product. All cartridges will be easily identified so there is no risk of confusion.
 Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. We will let you know when it will be in stock.

Credit Card Security:

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are processed securely by PayPal or World Pay. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We do not have access to your credit card information save for that which is supplied by the processors.

Returns Policy:

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone quoting the invoice number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days and will be made by the same method as payment.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Signature on delivery should be arranged to show proof returned items arrived safely. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.

Any goods returned should be sealed (not opened) and in a saleable condition with all packaging and instructions.

Faulty cartridges must be accompanied by a test print or full description of fault and must not be empty/nearly empty. Please email our returns department before returning any goods. Accidental damage, neglect or misuse of items will not be acceptable for return. You must have an RMA number before you return goods and this must be written on the outer packaging and on any correspondence. The maximum liability to Eastbourne Inks in any event is the cost of the original product. No liability is accepted for any other losses however caused, be it direct, indirect or consequential.


These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
